“I often hear that women don’t help women, and I strongly disagree. Women work in systems and structures that were not built for us, where we are often the minority, where we have to figure out how to fit in and how to mould ourselves. It feels like there are limited spots, so we’re competing. When you feel like you’re in a place of abundance, it makes you more generous with what you have.
